Refund policy

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order in any way and you want to return it, please contact us within 14 days after you received it. All returned items must be in the same condition as received. We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). We will not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item(s), providing they are in original condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, you will be charged the cost of sending the new item(s). All returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Damaged products:
In case the item(s) you ordered arrived defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days after you received them so we can arrange the return and replacement. At this point we can offer you a refund or replacement depending on stock availability. In case you don't want to wait for replacement item(s) delivery, once we receive the defective/damaged item(s), you will be eligible for a full refund (excluding the return shipping costs).

Additional information:
Orders that were unclaimed and returned to us will be re-sent upon receiving payment for the second shipment.
